These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Astation website and services. By booking a repair or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide repair and replacement services for Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. Bookings can be made online or by phone.

2. Device Handling and Warranty

  • Devices are repaired using genuine or OEM-quality parts.

  • 30-day service warranty is provided unless otherwise specified. It does not cover:

    • Water damage post-repair

    • Mishandling or physical damage after service

    • Third-party tampering

  • Customers are advised to back up all data before handing over the device. We are not responsible for any data loss.

3. Payment Policy

  • Pricing is communicated before service.

  • Payment is to be made in full after service completion unless discussed otherwise.

  • No refunds unless the issue is due to our service or part failure under warranty.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care:

  • We’re not liable for issues caused by pre-existing damage or post-repair handling.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service rendered.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate details for your service request

  • Not misuse the site or engage in any illegal activity through it

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, images, and service descriptions are the property of Astation and may not be used without permission.

7. Trademark Disclaimer

Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and iMac are trademarks of Apple Inc. Astation is an independent repair provider and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
